Aloo Jeera (Recipe 1)

Ingredients

Ghee - 2 tbsp
Jeera - 2 tsp
Ginger chopped - 2 tsp
Green chilly chopped - 2 tsp
Potato (boiled & diced) - 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Dry mango Powder (amchur) - 1 tsp
Coriander chopped - 2 tbsp

Method

  • Heat ghee and add jeera.
  • Once it pops add chopped ginger and chopped green chilly.
  • Saute for a minute and add boiled & diced potatoes.
  • Sprinkle salt, turmeric, chilly powder and dry mango powder(amchur).
  • Toss & cook for 2minutes.
  • Sprinkle chopped coriander, toss & remove.
  • Serve hot.
