Chicken noodle soup

Ingredients

Oil - 1 tbl sp
Garlic chopped - 2 tsp
Broccoli florets - 1/2 cup
Red carrots sliced - 1/2 cup
Snow peas - 1/2cup
Babycorn sliced - cup
Noodles boiled - 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Pepper powder - to taste
Chicken stock or water - 5 cups
Chicken diced - 1 cup
Sesame oil - 2 tsp
Soya sauce (optional) -1 tbl sp

Method

  • In a pot heat oil and saute garlic till light brown. Immediately add all the vegetables and saute for a minute. Now pour in the stock and give a boil. Lower the heat and add the chicken, noodles, salt, pepper powder and soya sauce. Cook till vegetables are tender. Add sesame oil and remove. Serve hot.
