Fried Aloo Chaat

Ingredients

Potato - 2 large
Oil - for frying
Salt - to taste
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1 tsp
Chaat masala - 1 tbsp
Onion chopped - 2 tbsp
Tamarind chutney - 4 tbsp
Mint chutney - 2 tbsp
Curd - 4 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Pomegranate seeds - 1/2 cup
Mint leaves - handful

Method

  • Wash and clean the potatoes.
  • Without peeling them cut them into large chunks.
  • Heat oil and deep fry them till they turn crisp on the outside and soft & cook from the inside.
  • Remove the hot potatoes into a bowl and all the remaining ingredients and serve.
  • Enjoy the chaat warm or cold.
