Ginger Cookie

Ingredients

Flour - 200gm
Brown sugar -80gm
Castor sugar- 40gm
Gingerpowder- 20gm
Fresh ginger -10gm
Egg-1no.
Baking powder -3gm
Butter - 100gm
Salt-5gm

Method

  • Cream butter and sugar,gradually adding eggs.
  • Fold in flour and rest of the ingredients.
  • Make small balls of 20gms each, place them on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 170c for 12min.
