Navratri Meze Platter

Ingredients

Charnamrit
    Sabudana Vada
  • Sabudana(soaked) - 1 cup
  • Boiled potato - 2 nos
  • Salt (vrat) - to taste
  • Green chilly chopped - 1 no
  • Cumin - 2 tsp
  • Oil - for frying
    Pumpkin Mash
  • Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
    Banana Chips
  • Raw banana - 2 nos
  • Oil - to fry
  • Salt - to taste

Method

  • Charnamrit - Mix all the ingredients and whisk together and serve chilled.
  • Sabudana Vada - Mix together all the ingredients and make into small patties and deep fry in hot oil and serve.
  • Pumpkin Mash - Heat a pan and add butter. Add saunf and saute, Now add diced pumpkin and cook for 5 minutes, add salt and chilly powder and mash it. Cook for another 5-7 minutes and remove and serve.
  • Banana Chips - Peel the raw banana, Heat the oil and slice the banana very thin in hot oil. Fry till cripsy, remove and sprinkle with salt and serve.
