Place the boiled chickpeas in a blender. Add garlic, lemon juice, 2tbl spn olive oil, salt and tahini. Blend into a fine paste, till creamy and fluffy.
Separately in a blender add basil, garlic, salt, olive oil and pine nuts. Make into a coarse paste. Remove and add grated cheese.
Combine hummus with pesto and mix well. Pour on top olive oil and serve with crispy bread.
