How to Cook Masala Corn Makhan Malai

Cooking time – 35min


Corn on the cob – 2 nos
Milk – 1 cup
Butter – 2 tbsp
Salt – 2 tsp
Cream – ¼ cup
Chilli powder – ½ tsp
Chaat masala – 1 tbsp
Lemon – 1no
Coriander chopped – 1 tbsp

In a deep vessel add milk, water, butter and salt. Bring it to a boil and add corn on the cob. Lower
heat, cover and cook till corn is tender(half hour approx).
Separately in a bowl mix together cream, chilli powder, chaat masala, chopped coriander and lemon
Remove the corn from the milk and let it cool a bit. Now hold it with tongs and hover over a live
flame to get an even roasted browning.
Place it on to a platter once done and baste with the marination. Serve immediately.
