Pudina Aloo Jeera
Serves – 4

Oil – 4-5tbsp
Cumin – ½ tbsp
Heeng – ½ tsp
Potato (boiled,diced) – 4cups
Green chilli chopped – 2tsp
Ginger chopped – 2tsp
Salt – to taste
Black salt – ¾ tsp
Coriander powder – 1tbsp
Turmeric – 1tsp
Chilli powder – 1½ tsp
Chaat Masala – 1tsp
Pudina Powder – 1½ tbsp
Coriander chopped – handful


In a pan heat oil and add cumin & heeng. Once the cumin crackles add the boiled and diced potatoes. Toss them gently and add green chilli & ginger. Cook for 2-3 min and then sprinkle salt, black salt, coriander powder, turmeric, chilli powder and chaat masala. Toss & cook it for 2-3mins.

Add pudina masala and freshly chopped coriander, mix it up and serve hot with flat bread or phulkas.
