Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
(ripe and firm) - 1no Avocado (ripe)
to taste Salt
a small piece Ginger chopped
1 no Green chilly chopped
1 tbsp Green coriander
for shallow frying Olive oil
250 gms Chicken mince (leg)
1/2 tsp Jeera
4-5 nos Garlic cloves
Processed cheese cubes - 2 no
Pepper powder - to taste

This homemade chicken Tikki gets a kiwi twist with the addition of  Hass Avocados. The subtle flavor of the kebab with the buttery notes of the avocado makes for a hassle-free healthy snack.

Run a sharp knife from the top of the avocado in a circular motion. Slightly twist the avocado and separate the halves. Remove the seed and discard it. Peel off the hard skin and cut the avocado into small dices.

Separately add all the ingredients except the avocados in a blender and blend to make a rough paste. Remove and mix in the avocado dices. Apply little oil on your palms and make into flat patties. Heat a griddle/Tawa and cook the patties on both sides till brown. Remove and serve hot.
