How to Cook Paneer Vegetable Cutlet- For all the Enthu Cutlets, here’s Paneer Cutlet.Fresh cottage cheese, spices, veggies, crumbed & fried.

Paneer Cutlet 

Serve 2-3

  • Paneer grated – 1 cup
  • Potato boiled & mashed – 1/4 cup
  • Salt – to taste
  • Ginger chopped – 2 tsp
  • Green chilly chopped – 1 no
  • Onion chopped – 2 tbsp
  • Yellow pepper – 1 tbsp
  • Red pepper – 1 tbsp
  • Capsicum – 1 tbsp
  • Coriander chopped – 1 tbsp
  • Cumin – 1 tsp
  • Tomato ketchup – a little
  • Cheese cubes – few
  • Bread crumbs (dried) – 3 tbsp
  • Oil – for frying

In a bowl add all the ingredients except ketchup, cheese, bread crumbs and oil. Mix them together and take a handful of mixture and roll it into a sphere in your hands. Make a depression in the centre with by pressing your thumb in the centre.

Fill the cavity with little ketchup & a cube of cheese. Gently close the cavity and roll it back into a sphere. Flatter it between your palms and then dunk them into bread crumbs.

Pat them gently and then shallow fry them on a hot pan with some oil. Cook on both sides till golden brown and then remove and serve hot.
