Anda Parantha

Egg - 1 no
Salt - a pinch
Green chilly chopped - 1/2no
Coriander chopped - 1 tsp
Onions chopped - 1 tbsp
Atta peda - 1 no
Oil - for drizzling


  • Break the egg in a bowl and add salt, green chilly, chopped coriander and chopped onions. Whisk it. Roll out the dough flat and as very thin. Heat a tawa or a pan to medium hot. Place the rolled out dough on hot pan and cook on both sides for a minute each. Now lower the heat and slowly pour the whipped egg on the parantha. Using a spoon spread it on the entire parantha. Let it cook for 30 seconds. Now gently fold the parantha from all sides towards the centre to shape it like a square. Press gently, drizzle oil and turn it. Drizzle oil again and cook on both sides till it browns. Remove and serve hot.
