Apple (Stemilt) - 3 nos
Lemon - 1 no
Mint Leaves - handful
GInger Ale - to top up


  • Peel the apples. Extract fresh juice out of the 2 1/2 apples. Squeeze lemon juice in it immediately. Finely dice the remaining apple and add it to the juice.
  • Bruise the mint leaves with a pestle, add it to 2 glasses. Pour equal amount of apple juice in them. Top it up with chilled ginger ale. Serve chilled.
