Avocado & Vanilla Srikhand

This is refreshing yogurt dessert that has whiff of vanilla and goodness of avocados.


Avocado (ripe) - 2 nos
Yogurt thick (hung) - 2 cups
Sugar (powdered) - 2 tbsp
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp


  • Run a sharp knife from the top of the avocado in a circular motion. Slightly twist the avocado and separate the halves. Remove the seed and discard it. Peel off the hard skin and cut the avocado into very small dices.
  • Seperaely whisk the yogurt, sugar and vanilla extract till it is creamy and no lumps. Fold in the avocados and keep in refrigerator to chill. Serve cold.
