Ingredients

    Beetroot Boiled - 2no (medium)
  • Fennel seeds - 2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • Hung curd - 2/3 cup
  • Garlic cloves - 1no
  • Lemon - 1no

Method

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender, squeeze lemon and blend it to a smooth puree. Remove and serve.
