Besan Ladoo

Yields: 2 KG Servings


    Besan - 500gms
  • Turmeric - 5 gms
  • Ghee - 375 gms
  • Sugar fine grain or burra - 1.25 kg
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Almonds & Pista chopped - handful


  • Heat ghee and cook besan on slow heat till it starts to brown. Remove from flame and add turmeric. Cool it completely and then add sugar. Add cardamom powder and nuts. Now using your hands take small portions in your hand and shape it round with your hands. Serve them.
