Broccolini, Almonds,Burnt Butter

Broccolini - 6 Stalks
Butter - 1 Tbsp
Almond Flakes - 1/2 cup
Salt - A pinch
Pepper - A pinch


  • Wash the broccolini and keep aside. Boil water in a deep vessel and add some salt.
  • Add the broccolini to the boiling water for 20 seconds. Remove and keep it in iced water for 30 seconds, remove and keep aside.
  • Heat a thick bottom pan and add butter. Toss in the almond flakes for 30 seconds. Add broccolini with a pinch of salt and pepper. Toss gently and cook for 2-3 mins. Remove and serve hot.
