Cheese Parantha

Prep: 20 Mins Cook: 10 Mins Yields: 2 Servings


Atta or Maida dough - 2 nos (60gms each)
Grated Cheese - 1 cup
Italian Seasoning - 2 tbsp
Basil Leaves - few leaves
Oil - for basting


  • Mix together cheese, Italian seasoning and basil leaves. Now divide the dough into small equal balls. Roll it out thin. Place a generous portion of the stuffing in the centre. Fold the bread like a square box. Gently press it and now cook it over a hot pan. Drizzle oil on both sides and cook till brown and crisp. Using tongs cook all four sides of the bread as well. Remove and cut into half and serve hot.
