Chocolate Caramel Fudge

Prep: 10 Mins Cook: 15 Mins Yields: 1 Small Jar Servings


    Condensed milk tin - 1 no (400gms)
  • Dark chocolate chips - 2 cups
  • Vanilla extract - a dash
  • Roasted almonds - handful


  • Mix together condensed milk and dark chocolate chips. Place them in a pan and on extremely slow heat melt them. Once the chocolate it completely melted remove and add vanilla and roasted almonds. In a tray line it with aluminium foil. Pour the contents and let it set in the fridge for 2 hrs. Remove and cut into pieces.
