This fruit chaat uses local fruits available in abundance in winters. Fruits at this time of the season are cheap and best on quality. My version of this dish is light, low on salt, no chilies and can be enjoyed any time of the day. oil being neutral tasting oil does not interfere in the citrus burst of the oranges.
