Candid orange peel - 50gms
Almond crushed - 50gms
Tutty fruity - 50gms
Raisins - 50gms
Cashewnut - 50 gms
Refined flour - 40 gms
Nutmeg powder - a pinch
Honey - 100 ml
Butter unsalted - 40 gms


  • Melt butter and honey over slow flame together. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well. Remove from fire and using a spoon make small balls around 20gms each.
  • Place them on a greased tart mould and bake for 12 min at 180c.
  • Allow to cool and demould. Serve at room temperature.
