Frozen Yogurt Ice Cream

Prep: 10 Mins Cook: 4-5 Hours Yields: 5 Servings


    Condensed milk tin - 1 can/200ml
  • Curd (thick) - 1cup/250gms
  • Vanilla extract - 1- 2tbsp
  • Nuts - for garnish
  • Chocolate sauce - as required.


  • In a bowl mix together condensed milk, thick curd and vanilla extract. Whisk it well till there are no lumps in the curd. Now pour into a large tray/mould and place it in the deep freezer for 2 hours. Remove from the deep and whisk it again and immediately place it back in the deep freezer. Once completely frozen remove from the deep and scoop it out. Garnish with nuts and chocolate sauce and serve.
