Garlic Dip

Prep: 10 Mins Yields: 1 Large Cup Servings


    Garlic Cloves - 12 nos
  • Ice cubes - 4-5 nos
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1/4 cup
  • Oil - 2 cups


  • In a blender add garlic cloves, ice cubes, salt and lemon juice. Blend them together. And as they are still blending slowly pour oil into the blender. Do this slowly and as the oil finishes the garlic dip will fluff up. Remove and serve cold.
