Peel and cut the potato into fries. Blanch them in water.
Remove pat dry and apply corn starch with salt and pepper. Deep fry till crisp. Remove and keep aside.
In a pan heat oil add dry red chilly, ginger, garlic and onions. Sauce and add capsicum and toss. Add ketchup, chilly sauce, soya sauce, salt, and honey.
Toss again.add water and bring to boil. Now add cornstarch mixed with water to thicken the sauce. Place the potato in a bowl and drop the sauce on top of it. Garnish with sesame seeds add spring onions.
