Peel the baby potatoes and gentle prick it with a fork. Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry them on low heat till crisp and golden brown. Remove on an absorbent paper.
Heat 3 tbsp of oil and add cumin. Once it crackles add chopped garlic. Do not brown the garlic just let it sweat.
Now turn the heat low and add the besan. Keep stirring for 2 mins or till a fragrant smell comes. Immediately add turmeric, red chilly powder, salt and coriander powder. Saute well. Now add whisked yogurt and keep stirring till it comes to a boil.
Add the fried potatoes sprinkle methi powder and cook till the potatoes absorb the yogurt. Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve hot.
