Lassi

Ingredients

    Sweet Peda Lassi
  • Curd - 1 1/2 cup
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Ice cubes - 5-6no
  • Khoya mashed - 2 tbsp
  • Sugar - 1 tsp
  • Cardamom powder - a pinch
  • Pista chopped - a pinch
    Mango Lassi
  • Curd - 1 1/2 cup
  • Mango diced - 1 cup
  • Sugar - 2 tbsp
  • Kewra water - a dash
  • Cardamom powder - a pinch
  • Ice cubes - 5-6no
  • Malai - 1 tbsp
  • Pista chopped - a pinch
    Salted Lassi
  • Curd - 1 1/2 cup
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Roasted cumin -
  • Ginger chopped - 1 tsp
  • Green chilly chopped - 1/2 tsp
  • Ice cubes - 5-6no
  • Coriander chopped - a pinch

Method

  • For sweet lassi mix together curd, sugar and ice cubes in a blender. Blend it till it is smooth, pour in a glass. Mash together khoya, cardamom powder and a tsp of sugar. Make small balls of peda. Drop these pedal in a glass and pour lassi over it and serve immediately garnished with pista. For salted lassi mix all the ingredients in a blender except coriander. Blend it till it is smooth, pour and serve immediately garnished with coriander leaves. For Mango Lassi mix all the ingredients in a blender except pista. Blend it till it is smooth, pour and serve immediately garnished with pista.
