Leftover Khitchadi Kebab

Ingredients

Khichadi (thick) - 2 cups
Onion chopped - 2 tbsp
Green chilly chopped - 1no
Ginger chopped - 1/2 tbsp
coriander chopped - 1 tbsp
Cheese grated - 2 tbsp
Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Potato boiled & mashed - 2 1/2 tbsp
Bread crumbs for coating

Method

  • In a bowl mix all the ingredients except bread crumbs and oil. Shape it into small bite size balls and dip it in bread crumbs. Heat oil and deep fry them till golden brown. Remove and serve hot.
