Malai Kulfi

Prep: 5 mins Cook: 46 mins Yields: 4-6 Servings


Sugar (fine grain) - 150 gms/1 cup
Butter (salted) - 300gms/ 1 1/4cup
Flour - 450gms/2 1/4cup
Vanilla extract - 2 tsp


  • Heat milk and reduce it till becomes 1/3rd. Add sugar, stir and cool completely. Grind it to make it smooth and then add pista. Pour inside the kulfi moulds and place in freezer till firm. Remove and serve frozen.
