Mango Ice Cream

Mango pulp/ puree - 1 cup
Condensed milk - ½cup
Cream (chilled) - 1 cup
Lemon - ½no
Cardamom powder - a pinch


  • Squeeze lemon and cardamom and condensed milk into the mango puree. Mix sugar and cream and whip them till the cream gets to soft peak stage. Now gently fold the mango pulp into the whipped cream till they are evenly mixed. Pour into mould and freeze it till the ice cream firms up.
