Spaghetti with Tomato Olives and Parmesan

Spaghetti - a handful
Olive oil - 3 tbsp
Garlic chopped - 1 tbsp
Chilly flakes -1/2 tsp
Olive sliced - 2 tbsp
Cherry tomato halved - 10 no
White wine -1/4 cup
Salt - to taste
Pepper powder - to taste
Parmesan cheese grated - 2 tbsp
Parsley chopped - 1 tbsp


  • Boil water and add pasta to it. Boil for 8 mins and remove it. Heat a pan and saute chopped garlic.
  • Add tomato and olives and saute for 2 mins. Add white wine and allow the wine to reduce. Add the pasta and toss it gently. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Toss pasta for 2 mins. Now add the grated cheese and parsley, toss for 2 seconds and remove to a serving plate. Serve hot with crisp bread.
