Ingredients
For Salad
Cabbage, shredded (पत्ता गोभी) – 3 cups
Tomato, julienne (टमाटर) – ½ cup
Onion, sliced (प्याज़) – ½ cup
Apple, medium (सेब) – 1 no
Carrots, grated (गाजर) – 1 cup
Corn, boiled (उबला मक्का) – 1 cup
Salt (नमक) – 1 tsp
Pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर) – ½ tsp
Lemon, small (नींबू) – 1 no
For Dressing
Ginger (अदरक) – a small piece
Garlic Clove, large (लहसुन) – 1 no
Green chilli (हरि मिर्च) – 1 no
Jaggery powdered (गुड़ या शक्कर) – 3 tbsp
Lemon Juice (नींबू) – 3-4 tbsp
Light soya sauce (लाइट सोया सॉस) – ¼ cup
Olive Oil (ज़ैतून तेल) – 2½ tbsp
Coriander, chopped (ताज़ा धनिया) – handful
Peanuts, roasted (भुनी मूंगफली) – handful
White & Black Sesame (सफेद और काला तिल) – 1½ tbsp
