Ingredients

                                          2 tbsp Butter

                                          2 tbsp Onion chopped
 - 
                                          2 sprigs Thyme
 - 
                                          2 tbsp Flour (all purpose)
 - 
                                          for garnish Parsley
 - 
                                          1/2 tbsp Garlic chopped
 - 
                                          2 tbsp Celery chopped
 - 
                                          cubes boneless- 2 cups Chicken
 - 
                                          to taste Salt
 - 
                                          Water/Chicken stock - 1 lt

                                             Melt butter in a pan and add chopped garlic, onions, celery and thyme. Stir it on low flame for 2 mins. Now add chicken and cook for 3 mins. Sprinkle flour and sauté for a minute.  |

                                             Add water and bring it to a boil. Cook till the chicken is tender. Remove from heat and let it cool down a bit. Now add the soup in a blender and blend it to a smooth creamy texture.  |

                                             Remove it to the pan again and add a dash of water to correct the thickness. Season with salt and pepper. Remove, garnish with parsley and serve hot.  |
