    Summer season is not pleasant for a lot of people. It’s hot, sweaty and annoying but still there are a few perks you get to enjoy only in this season. Hello friends, today I am here with a splash of relief from the sun, with my Masala Shikanji or the Nimbu Pani Lemonade.

    This amazing combo of Lemons and Mint leaves is a true bliss. It’s refreshing, energetic, helps in digestion and the most important it is delicious. So take a break from tea and serve Lemonade to your family today. Thank you for watching. Stay tuned for more recipes.

    Ingredients 

    Lemon – 3nos
    Sugar – 2½ tbsp
    Salt – to taste
    Black Salt – ½ tsp
    Coriander powder – 2tsp
    Black Pepper Powder – 2 tsp
    Roasted Cumin Powder – 1tsp
    Ice Cubes – Few
    Mint Leaves – handful
    Chilled Water – to top up
    Chilled Soda Water – to top up

    Squeeze the lemons equally into 2 glasses. Add sugar, salt, black salt, coriander powder, pepper powder, cumin powder and ice cubes. Stir till sugar dissolves. In a mortar pestle lightly crush the mint leaves and then add them to the 2 glasses. In one glass top it with water and the other with soda. Serve Chilled.
