I am back with another amazing recipe. Today I am going to show you an easy way of making “#MangoJam,” to enjoy with your toast or Paranthas. I haven’t used any external preservatives so it is a #100%Natural recipe and trust me it is delicious. So try this one and send me your reviews. Add the raw & ripe mango in a mixer grinder jar. Without adding water grind it to a puree. If you want the jam to be a bit chunky then leave some pieces of it in there and do not grind it to a fine puree.

Remove the puree to a pan and add sugar. Turn on the heat and cook on high heat to bring to a boil. Now lower the heat and cook till the puree reduces to ⅓rd or is thick to not leave the spoon. You will also notice the bright yellow colour now very dark. It took me 20 mins approx.

Remove and cool completely and then fill up a clean jar with the mango jam. Refrigerate and use within a month.
