Banana Bread Pudding

Ingredients

For Pudding

Pav Bread, large (पाव ब्रेड) – 4 nos

Banana, large (केला) – 1 no 

Cashew nuts (काजू) – ¼ cup 

Custard Powder (कस्टर्ड पाउडर) – 2 tbsp

Sugar (चीनी) – 2½ tbsp

Milk (दूध) – 1¾ cups

Cinnamon powder (दालचीनी पाउडर) – ½ tsp

Chocolate chips (चॉकलेट चिप्स) – ¼ cup

Raisins (किशमिश) – ¼ cup

Tutti frutti (टूटी फ्रूटी) – ¼ cup

Blueberries (ब्लू बेरी) – handful

Butter, melted (मखन) – 2 tbsp

 

For Garnish 

Chocolate chips (चॉकलेट चिप्स)- handful

Blueberries (ब्लू बेरी) – handful

Raisins (किशमिश) – handful

Tutti frutti (टूटी फ्रूटी) – handful

Icing sugar (आइसिंग शुगर) – 2 tbsp

Mint Sprig (पुदीना)

For banana bread pudding, cut big chunks of pav bread, spread them on a baking tray, and bake it at 140C for 12 to 15 minutes until it's crunchy.

Peel and roughly cut the bananas, then blend them with cashew nuts, custard powder sugar milk, and cinnamon powder.

Transfer the bread to a bowl. Now sprinkle some choco chips, raisins, tutti fruity, and blueberries, and pour the banana mixture into the bowl.

Brush some melted butter inside the ramekins, then pour the pudding in them. Top them with choco chips, raisins, tutti fruity, and blueberries. Place the ramekins on a baking tray. Place the tray in the oven, then pour hot water into the tray. Bake it for 35 -40 minutes at 180C.

Carefully take the pudding out of the oven. You can serve them hot as it is, or you can wait for 10 minutes, de-mold it and serve. Enjoy.
