Bread quiche is a type of quiche where bread is used as a base instead of a traditional pie crust. To make bread quiche, slices of bread are usually arranged in a baking dish or a muffin tin to create the base layer. A mixture of eggs, milk, cheese, vegetables, and meat (if desired) is then poured over the bread slices, and the quiche is baked until set and golden brown.

Bread quiche is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for breakfast, brunch, or as a light lunch or dinner option. It’s also a great way to use up leftover bread and create a satisfying and hearty meal. You can customize the recipe by adding different types of vegetables, meats, or cheese to suit your taste preferences. It’s a versatile dish that can be served hot or cold and is a great option for meal prep as it can be made in advance and stored in the fridge or freezer for later consumption.

Roasted Tomato Soup

Steps

1
Done

In a pan, heat some butter, then add garlic, carrots, zucchini, broccoli, and corn and
toss it.

2
Done

Add butter and some maida to it, then add milk. Turn the gas off when the milk
thickens and add cheese to it and stir it well. Let it cool down.

3
Done

Flatten the bread using a rolling pin and then fold the bread from two sides and set it
in a muffin mould or muffin tray in a way that it looks like open pockets.

4
Done

Now fill the pockets with the filling that we made earlier. Baste the sides of the bread
using some melted butter. Put it in the oven for 15 mins at 180c.

5
Done

When it’s done, take it out of the oven, loosen the sides of the quiche and remove it
gently to serve it.

6
Done

Garnish with some chopped tomatoes and basil, then enjoy!
