For tomato sauce
(large) - 4no Tomatoes
2tbsp Olive oil
1 tsp Garlic chopped
2tbsp Onion chopped
½ tsp Pepper powder
½ tsp Kashmiri chilli powder
½ tsp Oregano
handful Basil leaves
For base
a dash Oil
2nos Chapati
¼ cup Cheddar Cheese Grated
¼ cup Mozzarella Grated
For topping
¼ cup Mozzarella Grated
¼ cup Cheddar Cheese Grated
few Corn nibblets
handful Cheddar Cheese Grated
handful Onion sliced
handful Mushroom sliced
handful Capsicum diced
for garnish Basil leaves

Simply use chapatis with fresh veggies & cheese to make a pan pizza at home!



Make a criss cross on tomato and blanch them in hot water, Remove the skin, and put them in a blender. Make a puree, heat a pan add olive oil and saute garlic and onions. Lightly cook them do not brown. Add tomato puree, salt, pepper, chilli powder and oregano. Cook till the tomato thickens. Cool it completely.


Drizzle a little oil in a pan(do not turn on the heat), place a chapati add grated cheese over it, place another chapati on top and then add the thick tomato sauce over it. Add grated mozzarella and cheddar on top of it and place the veggies on top. Cover it with a glass lid and then turn on the heat and keep the heat to low. Cook till the top cheese melts. Remove and cut it with pizza cutter and serve.
