For chocolate lava cake batter, crush choco-chip cookies using a mixer grinder, and add warm milk to it. Whisk the batter vigorously, and give it a 10 mins rest.

For the ganache, in a double boiler, melt chocolate and add butter. Mix it well and the ganache is ready. Keep it in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes.

Brush some melted butter in the ramekin, pour the batter into the ramekin, take out the ganache from the fridge, make a small ball of the ganache using your hands, and place it in the center carefully. Now pour some more batter and cover the ganache ball. Now, we just have to bake it.

If you don't have an oven, take a pressure cooker, fill approximately 1/5th of the pressure cooker with salt, place a ring on the salt, and place a small plate on the ring. Preheat the cooker for 10 to 12 minutes. Now, carefully place the ramekin on the plate and close the lid after taking out the whistle. Turn off the gas and take out the cake carefully.

If you are baking in an oven, preheat the oven to 200C and bake it for 12 minutes. You can de-mould the cake after 4 to 5 minutes. rotate a knife on the sides of the ramekin and simply take it out.
The chocolate lava cake is ready, sprinkle some icing sugar and serve hot!
