Condensed milk tin – 1 can

Salt – a generous pinch


Place the unopened can in a sauce pan and cover it with water. Boil it covered for 2 hours. Remove the can and let it cool and then open it. Pour it out in a bowl, sprinkle a pinch of salt and whisk. The sauce is ready to use.
