Ingredients
Serves – 3
Babycorn – 12nos
Oil – for frying
Chaat masala – for sprinkling

For batter
Besan (gram flour) – 3 tbsp
Rice flour – 2tbsp
Cornstarch – 1 tbsp
Salt – to Taste 
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric – ½ tsp
Cumin powder – 2tsp
Chilli powder – 1tsp
Green chilli chopped – 1no
Ginger chopped – 1tbsp
Curry leaves chopped – 2tbsp
Coriander chopped – 1tbsp
Water – ⅓ cup

Method

For the batter mix all the ingredients mentioned under “for batter”. Whisk it to make sure there are no lumps. Also we need a thick but pouring consistency batter.

Clean, wash and pat dry the baby corn. Sprinkle little salt, chilli powder and besan on the babyforn and mix. Dip the seasoned corn into the batter and deep fry till golden brown. Take them out and sprinkle with chaat masala and serve hot.
