to taste Salt
a small piece Ginger slices
1 no Green chilli chopped
few sprigs Mint leaves
few sprigs Coriander Leaves
3/4 cups Water
Tempering
2 tbsp Oil
3 nos Dry red chilies
2 tsp Urad Dal
2 tsp Mustard seeds
handful Curry Leaves

In a mixer grinder jar, add coconut, avocado, ginger, green chilies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, and water then grind it into a fine paste and pour it into a bowl.
