For carrot spread, cut red carrots thinly, and add to a pan. Strain the orange juice and
add to the pan.

Turn on the heat. Add ginger, black salt, salt, and chilli powder then boil it. Now cook
it for 15 to 20 mins.

Now add butter and roasted cumin powder. And then puree the carrots without adding
water.
