Christmas Oats Pudding

 

Ingredients 

Saffola Oats (ओट्स) – ¾ cup

Baking powder (बैकिंग पाउडर) – 1 tsp

Cinnamon Powder (दालचीनी पाउडर) – ½ tsp

Butter, melted (मक्खन) – 2 tbsp

Vanilla Essence (वनीला) – a dash

Instant Coffee Powder (कॉफ़ी पाउडर) – 2 tsp

Bananas, large (केला) – 2 nos

Saffola Peanut Butter (पीनट बटर) – 2 tbsp

Milk (दूध) – ¾ cup approx

Saffola Honey Activ (शहद) – ¼ cup

 

For Soft Centre

Dark Chocolate, chopped (डार्क चॉकलेट) – ½ cup 

Butter, salted (मक्खन) – 2 tbsp

In a blender, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon powder, melted butter, vanilla, coffee powder, bananas, peanut butter, milk, and saffola honey activ. Blend them all together to make a smooth batter.

For chocolate ganache, set a double boiler and melt some chocolate with butter. Let it cool down in the fridge. Scrape out with a spoon and make small balls.

Brush the ramekins with some melted butter. Pour a little batter, gently place the ganache ball, and pour the batter to fill the ramekin. Bake it in the oven for 20 to 25 mins at 180C. Oats coffee pudding is ready to be served hot. Enjoy!
