Cut the sides of all the bread slice either with a knife or a square mould. You can also cut it round using a cup or katori from your kitchen. Place 4 slices of these bread aside and for sake of of understanding this recipe better lets call these slices as bread no1.
The remaining 4 slices cut them into a smaller square either using a mould or a knife. Keep aside the centre of the bread to make garlic bread as we will be using just the hollow sides of the bread and lets call them bread no 2.

For Cooking in an Oven

Place bread no 1 on to the chopping beard and place a cheese slice on top. Place the bread no 2 on top. In the cavity above fill it with the veggie filling we made. Top it again with some extra grated cheese. Place this bread in a pre heated oven and cook at 160c for 10mins or till the cheese melts. Remove and garnish with basil leaf and serve them hot.

For cooking pizza on tawa or pan

Heat a tawa or a pan and drizzle some oil and toast the bread no 2 on both sides till it gets a good colour. In the meantime place bread no 1 on to the chopping beard and place a cheese slice on top. Now place the toasted bread no 2 onto, and fill the cavity with the veggie filling mixture. Top it with some extra grated cheese.
Now carefully lift and place this pizza bomb on a hot tawa or a pan, cover and cook till the cheese on top melts. Be careful to cook on very low heat and use a thick bottom tawa or a pan. Remove and garnish with basil leaf and serve it hot.

Done

For garlic bread

Cut the sides and centre of the bread into tiny chunks. Heat a pan and add in oil, butter and garlic. Toss the garlic for 30 seconds and then add in the bread. Move the bread around and lower the heat. Cook the bread uncovered on low heat and keep tossing the bread around till it becomes crisp. Sprinkle with some chilli flakes, oregano & pepper powder. Toss again and remove to a bowl and serve it with pizza bomb.
