How to make Malai Kulfi

Yields: 4-6 Servings


Milk (full cream) – 1.25 lts/ 5 cups

Sugar – 70gms/ 1/3 rd cup

Cardamom powder (optional) – ½ tsp

Pista – handful


Heat milk and cook till it reduces to 1/3rd.

Mix in sugar and give a boil. Remove from heat and cool completely. Grind it to make it smooth. Add cardamom powder & pista. Pour inside the kulfi moulds and place in freezer till firm. Place an ice cream stick once it is half frozen.

It may take 4-8 hours to freeze completely. Remove and serve frozen.
