For Tomato Chaat

Ghee – 3tbsp

Cumin – 1 tsp

Ginger chopped – 2tsp

Green chilli chopped – 2nos

Kashmiri Chilli powder – 1tbsp

Tomato diced – 6cups/10nos

Black salt – 1tsp

Salt – to taste

Garam Masala – ¾ tsp

Chaat Masala – 2tsp

Lemon – 1no 

Potato boiled & mashed – 1cup

Water – as required

Dried Matar (boiled) – 4tbsp 

 

For Sugar Syrup 

Sugar – ½ cup 

Water – ½ cup 

 

Toppings

Ghee – 2tbsp

Sugar Syrup – 4tbsp

Roasted Cumin – a pinch 

Coriander chopped – handful 

Namak para – handful

Lemon – 1no
