Dalgona Coffee has become extremely popular drink and one often wonders how to make Dalgona coffee. Well I have a recipe with a simple ratio 1:2:1:2 :: Hot Chocolate Powder : Coffee Powder(instant) : Sugar : Hot Water

Using chocolate powder makes this drink a Caffe Mocha Dalgona. Enjoy sipping on it at the comfort of your home. Cardamom Flavoured hot milk topped with quick drinking chocolate mousse.

    Steps

    1
    Done

In a bowl add drinking chocolate, coffee powder, sugar and hot water. Using an electric whisk whip the mixture till it becomes fluffy like a mousse. This would take atleast 10 mins to 12 mins with an electric whisk. You can also do the same manually with a whisk.

    Done

Warm up the milk with cardamom powder and few chopped almonds. Pour warm milk in a glass and using a spoon scoop out the foam and slide it on top of the milk. Sprinkle with some chocolate powder on top and garnish with some toasted almonds. Serve hot, warm and can also be served cold or chilled.
