Mango Smoothie

Serves 2

Ingredients

Mango (diced) – 2cups

Curd – 2cups

Honey – 3tbsp

Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp

Ice cubes – few 

Rosemary – 2sprigs

Water – 1½ cup

Chia seeds (soaked) – 4tbsp

In a blender add in diced mango, curd, honey, cardamom powder, ice cubes, rosemary sprigs and water. Churn them till it is smooth. You can add more of less water depending upon how thick or thin you want your smoothie.
Pour into glasses and add on top soaked chia seeds. Serve cold.
