2 tbsp Onion chopped
2 tbsp Mint chutney
1 tbsp Lemon juice
handful Mint leaves
for frying Oil
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
1 tbsp Chaat masala
4 tbsp Curd
½ cup Pomegranate Deseeded
2no Potato Large

    Wash and clean the potatoes.

    Without peeling them cut them into large chunks.

    Heat oil and deep fry them till they turn crisp on the outside and soft & cook from the inside.

    Remove the hot potatoes into a bowl and all the remaining ingredients and serve.
