    Ingredients 

    • Oil – 3tbsp
    • Mustard Seeds – 1tsp 
    • Cumin – 1tsp
    • Heeng – ½ tsp
    • Dry red chilli – 1no 
    • Green chilli – 1no 
    • Curry Leaves – few 
    • Ginger chopped – 2 tsp
    • Onion chopped – 2 tbsp 
    • Raw mango chopped – ½ cup
    • Turmeric – 1 tsp 
    • Potato boiled & deiced – 2cup s
    • Salt – to taste 
    • Chilli powder – 2tsp
    • Mango juice (sweetened) – 500ml

    Heat a pan and drizzle oil. Add mustard seeds and once it splutters add cumin, heeng and fry red chilli. Saute and add green chilli, ginger and onions. Cook for 2 mins and add chopped raw mangoes and cook for 2mins.

    Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt and potatoes. Toss the potatoes for 3mins. Add the sweetened mango juice and let it cook till the curry thicken. Remove to a serving dish and serve it hot.
