Make 350ml

Serves 8-10 glasses

Jeera – 25 gms

Water 750ml

Sugar – to taste

Salt – to taste

Black salt – to taste

Lemon – to taste

Method

Lightly toast the jeera in a pan, now add water and let it boil for 20 mins. Remove and grind. The yield will be 50% that is 350ml.

Now pour 40ml of jeera pani in a glass, add lemon, sugar, salt and black salt and stir and serve topped up with chilled water.

You can use jaggery as well.
